Deeply grateful for all your kindness; Diana from the Restaurant, Abraham, from the Front Desk (who helped me out way back since I was planning my stay) and all the other staff members (room service people and Housekeeping were exceptional) It was my 3rd stay, and looking forward to more stays at this beautiful hotel, which makes it beautiful because of their staff. The staff, especially the reception desk staff, Laura & Abraham are wonderful! They were so helpful and so pleasant. Always smiling and always able to answer every question I had. The breakfasts were good.

The location was fabulous. Close to restaurants, shops, metro. The King Junior suite was very spacious and the bathroom was huge with a double sink. The breakfast was excellent.

I forgot when checkout was and was busy talking with a customer support agent for over an hour. I thought for sure I would get charged a late fee, but they assured me that I was fine. The showers, bed, everything was great.

The location was perfect! Within easy walking distance of many things, but also a more quiet part of the neighborhood. I was very happy with everything and the staff was fantastic.

i always stay at Four points. surprised by the recent renovation, but lost the funky vibe that had with the painted doors and murals. It has become too neutral and feels like a hotel in the US. they were very helpful with covid testing labs
