We had an absolutely brilliant stay here. The location was fantastic, the staff were really helpful, the beds were really comfortable and everything was really clean. We felt really safe walking around the area, even at night (as 2 females). The staff helped us book a private tour to xochimilco that cost the same as an online group tour would've been and it was fantastic.

Very good location, easy check in, clean bed and sheets, all ligths worked, clean bathroom, hot showers, great TV programs in English, easy check out. Jaime the doorman was so helpful, so were the ladies at reception.

The restaurant food was very tasty though not a huge menu. The location was very central to the enjoyment of Roma and the neighboring barios.

Deeply grateful for all your kindness; Diana from the Restaurant, Abraham, from the Front Desk (who helped me out way back since I was planning my stay) and all the other staff members (room service people and Housekeeping were exceptional) It was my 3rd stay, and looking forward to more stays at this beautiful hotel, which makes it beautiful because of their staff. The staff, especially the reception desk staff, Laura & Abraham are wonderful! They were so helpful and so pleasant. Always smiling and always able to answer every question I had. The breakfasts were good.

The location is excellent. There is a restaurant and coffee shop in the lobby. We had breakfast in the lobby restaurant each morning. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent shower.
