Deeply grateful for all your kindness; Diana from the Restaurant, Abraham, from the Front Desk (who helped me out way back since I was planning my stay) and all the other staff members (room service people and Housekeeping were exceptional) It was my 3rd stay, and looking forward to more stays at this beautiful hotel, which makes it beautiful because of their staff. i always stay at Four points. surprised by the recent renovation, but lost the funky vibe that had with the painted doors and murals. It has become too neutral and feels like a hotel in the US. they were very helpful with covid testing labs

I forgot when checkout was and was busy talking with a customer support agent for over an hour. I thought for sure I would get charged a late fee, but they assured me that I was fine. The showers, bed, everything was great.

The staff, especially the reception desk staff, Laura & Abraham are wonderful! They were so helpful and so pleasant. Always smiling and always able to answer every question I had. The breakfasts were good.
